Purrsia Cattery has successfully bred both Oriental Shorthair and Siamese cats since the spring of 1984. Our latest addition, the Russian Peterbald, fits beautifully into our program as its svelte, elegant lines and foreign body type are perfectly complimented by our Oriental and Siamese cats.

We focus on health, personality and type, our lines maintain the elegance and refinement these breeds are known for while producing intelligent, affectionate and extremely loving companions year after year.

While our cats are registerable in all associations, we have shown TICA exclusively to date. We have been selective in the lines we use and have been lucky to have bred and shown many award winning bicolor, tabby, tortie and solid Orientals as well as Siamese in a wide range of colors including bicolor points.

We maintain very high standards for the care our companions receive and focus on quality over quantity producing very few litters each year. In addition to kittens, we do look for special homes for retired breeding cats as well. Our retired breeders usually range between 2 - 3 years old.
